I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with supervisory designation as well as a registered yoga teacher and certified meditation instructor. Providing a warm & stigma free environment for all, LGBTQ+ affirming, body & sex positive. I welcome people from all paths & walks of life, & am particularly passionate about providing care for anyone who identifies with the immigrant experience. I have experience helping people with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, transitioning, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, sexual concerns, and general life stressors.
I aim to provide a space for you to explore what is happening for you, to support you in uncovering new skills, and to assist in finding strength in what I hope will be an open and collaborative relationship.
